Heard. This Application is preferred by the claimants for condonation of 244 days delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 04/05/2013 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.152/2012.

The learned AGP vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Same be dismissed with costs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 244 days in preferring the First Appeal.

B) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
