Report of the Registrar (Judicial II) is received. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 29.1.2019, the trial Court was directed to conclude the matter on or before 31.3.2019. However, yet, the matter is not over. As on 29.1.2019, 30 witnesses were examined. It appears that from 29.1.2019 till today, only one witness is put up in the box.

The learned Special Judge, MCOC, Thane, was directed to proceed with the matter on a day to day basis. This is a specific direction given by this Court which is to be noted by the learned

BA.1115.2019_903..doc Special Judge and it is the duty of the learned Special Judge, MCOC to follow the directions given by the Division Bench. However, it appears that the learned learned Special Judge, MCOC has not bothered to follow the order of the Division Bench. 4.

The matter is to be proceeded on a day to day basis. The learned Counsel for the accused and also the learned Prosecutor to cooperate with the learned Judge, without taking any adjournment in the matter hereafter and thus, it shall be concluded on or before 31.5.2019.
