This is an application for permitting the applicant to deposit the arrears of rent in respect of the suit premises from July, 2011 to June, 2014 in the Small Causes Court and for further depositing monthly rent in respect of the suit premises in the Small Causes Court as and when it becomes due and payable.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents in the Civil Application as also keeping 1/2

CAC338_18.doc their contentions open at the time of final hearing of the C.R.A., Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. All parties, including the Small Causes Court, to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. The Registry of the Small Causes Court shall accept the amount to be deposited by the applicant. (R.
