Heard Mr. Sabrad, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pereira, learned Counsel for the respondents at length. 2.

By this application, the applicant in the present application has sought direction against the defendant to give inspection of the suit premises to him along with Architect/Valuer and Photographer for ascertaining the value of the suit premises and for determination of compensation in respect of the suit premises.

Mr. Pereira submitted that at the time of taking inspection, he will remain present in the suit premises and inspection may be carried out in the presence of defendant's Architect/Valuer and Photographer.

In view thereof, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs. The defendant shall give inspection of the suit premises to the plaintiffs along with Architect/ Valuer and Photographer on 30th June, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. Mr. Pereira is permitted to remain present at the time of inspection along with Architect/Valuer and Photographer, if he desires. 5.

Mr. Kadam submits that within one week from today, he will furnish name of the Architect/Valuer and Photographer to Mr. Pereira. Order accordingly.
