Under order dated 11th March 2021, the Applicant was released on bail. One of the conditions was to deposit passport with the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vashi at CBD Belapur.

Under the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks direction for return of the passport. The passport is with the Judicial Magistrate, First Class.

165.2947.22-iaw.docx The Applicant may apply to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, First Class where the criminal case is pending, for return of passport on such terms and conditions as the Judicial Magistrate, First Class may deem fit. It is only if the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vashi, CBD Belapur does not pass orders in favour of the Applicant, then the Applicant can challenge the said order.

With the aforesaid observations, the Interim Application stands disposed of.
