Civil Application No.3279 of 2016 On the applicant depositing with the Reference Court the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the Reference Court within period of twelve weeks

On such deposit the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of that amount without furnishing any surety. The remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit.
