This Interim Application is taken out seeking setting aside the Order dated 10th October, 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which order, Civil Application No. 1429 of 2017 was directed to be dismissed against Respondent Nos. 5A, 5B & legal heirs of Respondent No. 4.

Mr. Talkute states that the Respondent Nos. 5A & 5B & legal heirs of Respondent No. 4 are already served. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in term of prayer causes (a) & (b). 5.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
