This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 41 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 02.07.2014 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1499/2008. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.3 to 7 of the Civil Application, the sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 41 days, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
