The Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The said consent terms have been signed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as also on behalf of the Petitioner by her power of attorney. The consent terms have also been signed by the respective Advocates. The power of attorney of the Petitioner-Bhavaribai Bohara in favour of Advocate Mr. S. M. Bohara is annexed to the consent terms as Annexure-A. Adhar Cards of Bhavaribai Bohara and Advocate Mr. S. M. Bohara are also annexed to the consent terms for the purposes of identification. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner identifies Advocate Mr. S. M. Bohara. On behalf of the Respondent No.1 Mr. T. B. Kore Legal Incharge is personally present in Court as also Mr. S. D. Patil, Special Recovery Officer is also personally present in Court, both of mmj
wp-4586-14-(1) them when queried state that the said consent terms are acceptable to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and that they have signed them of their own free will and volition. The power of attorney of the Petitioner, Advocate Mr. S. M. Bohara is also personally present in Court and when queried states that the consent terms are acceptable to him and the Petitioner and they are signed by him of his own free will and volition. The undertaking in clauses (D), (E), (G) and (H) are accepted. The consent terms running into 11 pages are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
