This is an application for giving notice to respondent nos.1 to 4 by substituted service. Applicant is original complainant in the complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act which has resulted in acquittal. Notice was issued to respondent nos.2 to 4. The notice was received unserved with report that they were not found on the given address. It is submitted that the address mentioned in the proceedings is the same which was provided in the proceedings before Trial Court.
