This is an application for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.279 of 2015. The revision application was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 6th April 2016. The applicant has thereafter filed this application on 12th April 2016. It is submitted that learned advocate on record had filed leave note when the matter was dismissed. However, inadvertently none appeared to point out the said fact to the Court.

Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for applicant, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Criminal Application No.213 of 2016 stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
