The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the Petitioner should apply to the Collector for renewal of license.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall make that application to the Collector within one week from today.

The Collector shall decide the application for renewal of license within two weeks thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law including the circular issued by the Collector on 19th March, 1985.
