It is seen from the copy of Death Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, that the appellant died on 23rd March 2015. It is, thus, seen from the report of the respondent - CBI that the appellant died during pendency of the appeal. Hence, the appeal stands abated and the same be consigned to record.
