The applicant has moved this application to stay the effect Execution/Operation and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 18/01/2018 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Pune, in MAC Petition No.628 of 2009. 3.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant-Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the decretal amount within a period of four weeks from today. Upon deposit of the decretal amount, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Application. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
