This civil application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioner no.1 on record. Petitioner no.1-Janardhan Sahadu Repale died on 06th February, 2017 and the present civil application is filed on 17th April, 2017. There is some delay however, the same is explained by making averment in the application. Hence, we allow the civil application. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of
