This application is received from prison by post. The applicant is one of the accused in sessions case no. 83 of 2013, pending in the court of the Sessions, Boriwali Division at Dindoshi. The applicant is lodged in prison since last 28 months. His grievance is that his case is not being heard because he was not being produced before the court for want of sufficient police guards.

It is, therefore, directed that the case of the applicant be heard expeditiously and be decided as early as possible. The Superintendent of Prison, Taloja Prison, Navi Borey 1/2

spb/ 33appln238-15.sxw Mumbai shall make necessary arrangements for production of the applicant before the concerned court.

One copy each of this order shall be sent to the Sessions Court of Dindoshi and Superintendent of Prison, Taloja Prison, Navi Mumbai.
