The Management has already submitted requisition for the purpose of deciding roster before the Additional Commissioner on 26th October,2021. Till such issue is decided by the Divisional Commissioner, the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur, will not be able to decide the proposal of the Petitioner.

We accordingly direct the Divisional Commissioner to decide the said issue of roster within four weeks from today and

YSP 6-WP-3777-2021.doc shall communicate such decision to the petitioner as well as to the Management. Copy of the said decision be send to the Education Officer,(Primary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur, for compliance of the said order and for taking further steps. 3.

Learned counsel for the Education Officer, (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur, states that there are no other requisition to be complied with by the petitioner or by the Management. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of the order. 6.

Place the matter on board for reporting compliance on 14th February 2022.
