P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No.(iii) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail, by an Order dated 12th September 2014 by this Court.

By the said condition, the Applicant was directed not to enter into the jurisdiction of Goregaon Police Station, except for the purpose of attending the trial.

This Court, after taking into consideration the serious allegations and the gravity of the offence, has imposed the said 1/2

ssm 2 31-appp425.18.sxw condition while releasing the Applicant from bail. I find no reason to modify the said condition. Application is accordingly rejected.
