It appears that this application has wrongly been placed before this Court. The learned Counsel appointed for the applicant submits that the applicant has been convicted by the Sessions Court vide Judgment and Order dated 20/1/2009 for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. That the applicant has preferred an appeal which is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench. It is stated in the application that the applicant has engaged an advocate to espouse the cause in appeal. In view of this, prayers Talwalkar 1/2
