Mr Ambedkar further submitted that to the best of his knowledge and information, appellant no.2 has also expired one year back. He, therefore, seeks time to take appropriate

SA/376/1993 steps. Having regard to the fact that both the appellants have expired and no steps are taken within 90 days from their respective dates of death, Appeal stands abated and accordingly is disposed of.
