The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 17.04.2015 passed by the Collector, Thane. By the said order the sale of liquor during the period mentioned in the said order i.e. 20.04.2015 to 23.04.2015 has been prohibited. It seems that the counting is on going at this moment and is likely to be completed in an hour or so according to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Having regard to the period mentioned in the said order, there is no warrant to interdict or issue any directions in the above Writ Petition. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed.
