P.C:- The Applicant herein is the original complainant in CC No.16/I&R of 2008. The Ld. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 40th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai, vide order dated 13 June 2023, on receipt of report under Section 202 Cr.P.C., submitted by the concerned police station, dismissed the complaint under Section 203 Cr.P.C. The Applicant/complainant challenged the said order in revision application, being Criminal Revision No.1006 of 2013. The learned Special Judge under Prevention of Corruption Act, Mumbai,

sg 2/2 6.apl474-18.doc dismissed the said revision way back on 20 November 2014. The said order was taken exception to filing the present criminal application on 6 April 2018, i.e. about 31⁄2 years after the revision came to be dismissed. On this ground alone, this court is not inclined to even issue notice in this matter.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
