After arguing for some time, since the court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for and is disposed of as such. 2.

However, looking at the fact that lesser role is attributed to the applicant and since the applicant is in custody since a long time, trial is expedited.
