Heard Mr. Prashant Samant, the learned amicus curiae appointed for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application sent through jail, the applicant is seeking bail. In pursuance of order dated 21.11.2015, the learned APP has produced before me copies of the orders passed by the Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi thereby releasing the applicant on bail from Thane Central Prison on 31.10.2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application. The application is disposed off accordingly.
