Heard. The petitioner by this petition is seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of her complaint dated 8.4.2015, copy of which is annexed as Exh A at page 8 to this petition. 2.

Mr.Saste, learned APP after having taken instructions from the concerned officer who is present in the court makes a statement that both the parties have filed complaints against each other. However, pps

908 wp 1664-15.doc despite directions they have not attended the police station. Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner would attend Vakola Police Station.

In the above circumstances, the Officer in charge of Vakola Police Station, is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner made in the complaint and take necessary decision, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
