I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the civil application. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 23rd December 2014 passed in Second Appeal No.318 of 2014 is restored to file on the condition that the applicant files photocopy of the paper book as directed in the order dated 23rd December 2014. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
