By this application, the applicant/accused seeks expeditious disposal of the Session's case pending against him. It is submitted that the Applicant is in custody. This being a custodial trial, even otherwise has to take precedence. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The Session's trial is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge shall proceed with the Session's trial as expeditiously as possible and shall dispose of the same by 31st July, 2015.
