The application is made for restoration of the original petition. It is submitted that after the order dated 18th January 2016 to place the matter on 8th February 2016 for directions under the caption of Dismissal/Disposal, the main petition did not appear on the board of 8th February 2016 and without learned counsel concerned being aware it was listed and dismissed on 9th February 2016. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have not controverted these facts. Under the circumstances, the application is

skn 2/2 1241.16-caw.sxw allowed and the main petition is restored to file for hearing on merits at the admission stage with clarification that the ad-interim relief granted earlier by order dated 10th February 2015 does not continue to operate.

At the request of learned counsel appearing for either side, the main Writ Petition No.91/2015 may be listed for admission hearing before the appropriate Court on 25th July 2016. 3.

No order as to costs.
