Learned Advocate for Applicant/Appellant submitted that, in view of the submission made by her and recorded in para No.6 of Order dated 29th April 2022, the Applicant/Appellant has solemnized marriage with Respondent No.2. She produced on record a photocopy of Marriage Certificate dated 4th July 2022 issued by the Medical Officer and Registrar of Marriages, Bhavani Peth Ward, Pune in that behalf. Same is taken on record. 2.

In view of the fact that, the Applicant has complied with the submission made before this Court on 29th April 2022, the interim relief granted by the Order of even date is hereby confirmed. 3.

Application is accordingly allowed.
