Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, we are of the opinion that the applicant has made out a case to continue the ad-interim order granted by this Court an order dated 24th October, 2016 till the hearing and final disposal of the Family Court Appeal. Hence, the following order. (a) Ad-interim relief granted by this Court by an order dated 24th October, 2016 is continued till the hearing and final disposal of the Family Court Pg 1 of 2
