The respective counsels for the Petitioner and the Respondents have stated that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. That the Petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on or about 14th of May, 2018. She was notionally reinstated to the post of Assistant Teacher with continuity of services and benefits. That the Respondents has paid Rs.7,00,000/- by a Demand Draft No.153171 dated 23rd August, 2018 drawn on DCB Bank Ltd. 2.

The consent terms are filed. They are signed by both the respective parties. The Petitioner and the Respondents are present in the Court. Their V.A. Tikam 1/2

identity has been verified by the Court Shirastedar. The consent terms are taken on record and marked Article 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

In view of the consent terms drawn between the parties, petition stands allowed in terms of the consent terms.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
