By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking substitute service on respondent No.4 in W.P. No.13202 of 2018.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in the Civil Application V.B.Gokhale 1/2

12-caw-1286-19 and as per O.5, R.20 of the C.P.C., we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.

Hence, the following order.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a); which reads thus:

(a) The Applicant may be allowed to serve the Respondent No.4, the Writ Petition No.13202 of 2018 by Publication in the newspaper namely "Naava Kaal" or "Lokmat" widely circulated in Bombay and Thane District.

b) Applicant to complete service on Respondent No.4 by publication on or before 21/02/2020 and to file affidavit of service to that effect, failing which, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
