The Appellant as well as Respondent are present in person before the Court. They state that they have amicably settled the dispute among themselves. They have tendered Consent Terms before the Court, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.
In view of the Consent Terms, the original Petition, being Petition No.A-685 of 2006 pending before the Family Court, Pune, which was 1/2 FCA-65-10.doc
under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is converted into Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and the marriage between the parties, which took place on 6th June 1991, stands dissolved. The undertakings given by the parties in the Consent Terms are accepted. 5.
The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Decree to be drawn up accordingly.
