Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 10.02.2012 passed by learned Additional District Judge Malegaon below Exhibit- 27 in Enquiry Application No.07/2011. The Trial Court has granted ad-interim relief in favour of the Respondent till filing of the reply by the Petitioner.

Considering these facts, I do not find any substance in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands rejected. No order as to costs.
