By this application, the applicant has prayed for vacating the ad-interim order dated 25.06.2013 passed by this Court. Having regard to the fact that the applicant was heard at the time of passing of order on 25.06.2013, adinterim order cannot be vacated otherwise the Petition would be rendered infructuous. At the same time, having regard regard to the nature of controversy raised in this Petition, list the Petition for Final Hearing at 3.00 p.m. on 05.02.2015. 3.
