By this Civil Application, applicant/insurance company is seeking condonation of 99 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 12th September, 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raigad at Alibag in Motor Accident Claim Application No. 188 of 2011.
