Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 are present through video conferencing. They have stated that the Mutation Entry No.4725 in respect of the land bearing Survey 35, Hissa No.14 admeasuring 0-19-92 Hector R-P situate at Village Gokhivare, Taluka Vasai, District Palghar, may be carried out in favour of the Petitioner, subject to the outcome of the suit filed by Respondent Nos.4 to 7 against the Petitioner being Suit No. 52 of 2021 as well as Regular Civil Suit No. 26 of 2019 pending before the Joint Civil Judge S.D. Vasai. The statement is accepted as an

2. Respondents - Authorities are, therefore, directed to forthwith act upon this order and effect the Revenue Entry No. 4725 in the name of the Petitioner, along with the above remarks. Writ Petition as well as Interim Application stand disposed of accordingly.
3. Suit Nos.26 of 2019 and 52 of 2021 shall be heard by the Joint Civil Judge, S.D., Vasai strictly on merits and without being influenced by this Order. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
4. The above Writ Petition alongwith the Interim Application is accordingly disposed off.
