Learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner, who is personally present in the Court submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition police have completed investigation pertaining to FIR No.235 of 2021, dated 13th October, 2021, registered with Rabodi Police Station, Thane.

In view thereof, the substantive prayers in the Petition i.e. Prayer Clauses (a) to (e) have been worked out. As far as the prayer clause (f) by which the Petitioner has requested to direct the Authority to provide police protection to Petitioner, his nephew and other family members is concerned, we grant liberty to Petitioner to file appropriate Application before the concerned Competent Authority. If such an application filed by the Petitioner, the Competent Authority will decide the same on its own merits and without being 1/2

In view of the above, according to us nothing further survives in the Petition.

Learned Advocate for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with aforesaid liberty.
