1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 328/2020 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Prosecution case is, applicant armed with a sword has assaulted deceased Sarfaraz.

3] I have perused the charge-sheet wherein there are statement of 1/2

43.1824.21 ba.doc eye witnesses supporting the case of the prosecution. There is discovery of the sword under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act at the behest of the applicant.

4] There is sufficient material to infer prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. Application as such fails, stands rejected.
