By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking directions, to the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune to hear the R.C.C. No.4099 of 2014 on day to basis and dispose of the same.

It appears from record that, there are several cases pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate First Class Pune and the Judicial Magistrates are over burdened with work in the State Maharashtra. The cases are being heard chronologically by the cornered Courts. No priority 1/2

Nalawade 26-wp-1732-18.doc can be given to the petitioners for the reasons mentioned in the petition. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer made by the petitioner cannot be considered.

Petition is accordingly rejected.
