The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 89 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 and the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 oppose the above Civil Application but ultimately leave it to this Court. Hence mmj

caf-2650-16 (28 & 41) accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the delay of 89 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. Since in the First Appeal there are objections, the same to be listed after the objections are removed within a period of two weeks from date. List the above First Appeal st. No.10397 of 2016 a/w First Appeal No.363 of 2016 for admission on 4-7-2016. The Civil Application No.2650 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of.
