1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 22.4.2016, the applicant had attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the same, interim relief granted by Order dated 22nd April 2016 is hereby confirmed.
