Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the matter was settled between the applicant and the complainant. It is submitted that the applicant had preferred Criminal Application No.650 of 2017 before the Division Bench of this Court and the FIR bearing C.R.No.464 of 2016 lodged at the instance of respondent no.2 has been quashed by this Court by order dated 12th July, 2017. He pointed out the order passed by

rpa 2/2 aba-679-17.doc this Court in the aforesaid application. The order dated 12th July, 2017 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application No.650 of 2017 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

It is submitted that in view of quashing of the FIR, which is the subject matter of the present application, nothing survives in the present application and the application has become infructuous.

Hence, I pass the following order:

(i) In view of the order dated 12th July, 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.650 of 2017, the application has become infructuous and the same is disposed off as infructuous.
