This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against the conviction wherein, the applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 354 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The delay is of 32 days. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3 to 6, the delay of 32 days in filing the appeal needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
