The learned counsel for the applicants produced the communications dated 5th July, 2017 and 21st July, 2017 by RPAD to Mrs. Nisha Bansal, Proprietor M/s. Amit Plastics, which shows the remarks as "Left", the same is taken on record and marked as Exhibits A and B. The learned counsel wants discharge. 2.

It is a suit for money recovery, which is partly decreed against the present appellants, however, no steps are taken by the appellants. Civil Application for delay of 562 days is pending since 2009. Hence, First Appeal is dismissed.
