After arguing the matter for some while and when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, Ms. Anjali Awasthi, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application after the evidence of the injured is recorded. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

It is stated that the Applicant is in custody since 2018. Charge is not yet framed. Considering the fact that the Applicant is languishing in jail since 2018, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to record the evidence of the injured as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
