The application is taken out for recall of the order dismissing the Petition for non prosecution and its restoration. However, prior to dismissal for non prosecution, the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' by order dated 31 January 2024 which pointed out various short falls in the writ petition including the question regarding status of the association. 2.
