By this application, the applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with investigation of Crime No. 0043 of 2021 of police station Sahakar Nagar under section 353 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The record discloses that interim protection was granted to the applicants on 7th May 2021 on conditions. The learned APP states that the applicants have reported to the concerned police station as directed and have co-operated with the investigating agency and further custody of the applicants is not necessary for the investigation. 2.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. Order dated 7th May 2021, is hereby made absolute.
