Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would attend the police station tomorrow for recording statement. In case he attends the police station, we direct the investigating officer to record the statement of Petitioner and communicate the decision to him. In case the decision goes against the Petitioner, the Petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. With this observation, the petition stands disposed of.
