This is an application preferred by the original complainant for expediting the hearing of Criminal Writ Petition No. 4099 of 2017 which was admitted by this Court on 27th February, 2018. 2.

The petitioner had challenged the order issuing process under Section 506 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant in the present application submits that he is senior citizen and that the accused have stalled the re-development project.

Considering the fact that the petition was admitted on 27th February, 2018, I do not find any reason to fix the matter for hearing.
